Channeled Message From Spirit: Holding Space For Our Shadows

Holding Space For Our Shadows

The Knight of Swords and the Devil in reverse have come out twice now. This time, they were accompanied by the Six of Wands and The Empress.

What I’m feeling, first and foremost, is that whoever I’m speaking to has quite literally made peace with their demons—or rather, their shadow self. They took bold action toward understanding that part of themselves. What I’m hearing is that they really took their time, moving slowly and intentionally as they explored their shadows.

This wasn’t a battle; it was a pilgrimage inward.

At first, it may have felt like being trapped in a room with something untamed, something dark and unfamiliar. The mind might have screamed for escape. But instead of running, this person turned to face what was hidden. They sat with the discomfort, traced its origins, and, little by little, found understanding in the very thing they once feared.

Patience played a significant role in this journey, but the most important factor was the love and nurturing energy they gave to their shadow self. I see someone who had to be there for themselves most of their life—maybe they never had a motherly figure who made them feel truly cared for or safe. Perhaps they learned early on to be their own source of comfort, to wrap their own arms around themselves when no one else would.

The image in my mind is of someone standing in front of broken chains, looking relieved and at peace. The “demons” they once feared now appear as a shadowy presence behind them—not gone, but no longer controlling them. There’s no battle here, no fight for dominance. Instead, this person acknowledges their shadow with a quiet understanding, a soft reverence.

They have unchained themselves—not by destroying the darkness, but by embracing it with open arms.

This is the true definition of conquering demons. It was never about exile. It was about transformation.

And the most beautiful part? Their shadow is no longer an enemy. It is now an ally, a source of wisdom. This person has found strength in the very parts of themselves they once rejected. The very chains that once bound them have become reminders of resilience.

The Empress energy in this reading is profound—it speaks of rebirth, of nurturing not just the light, but the whole self. This is what real healing looks like: not cutting away the painful parts, but tending to them with love.

For whoever this message is meant for, know this: You have reclaimed yourself in ways few dare to. You have rewritten the story of your own suffering. And now, you stand not as a warrior who has slain their demons, but as a sovereign being who has embraced every part of themselves.

Where you once whispered, “I am here for you,” to the parts of you that felt lost, you now stand tall and say, “I am whole.”

Thank you for allowing me in your energy today.
